Pricing

The Price of Absolute Ownership.

Trustline does not sell a commodity box with an installer script. The work covers architecture, sourcing, build quality, migration, compatibility planning, local AI operator integration, testing, documentation, and structured support.

Founding client model

Current deployment ranges reflect premium engagements for households and small businesses that want private infrastructure, local AI included, and real accountability after deployment.

Discovery

Start with fit and assessment.

Free Fit Call

Free

15-30 minutes to confirm alignment, qualification, and whether Trustline is the right fit for the environment.

Remote Sovereign Assessment

$300-$500

Used to pin down the services that need to be migrated, identify compatibility constraints, review phone and endpoint realities, and create a clear migration plan. Credited toward deployment.

On-Site Sovereign Assessment

$750-$1,250

Optional and only used in specific cases identified during the fit call, typically when the environment needs in-person review. Credited toward deployment.

Founding client deployments

Service labor, hardware, and six months of support.

Managed care

The Guardian Retainer.

Essential Operator Care

$600-$900/month

Core maintenance, health checks, backup review, and support coverage for stable day-to-day operation, including recurring confidence checks where appropriate.

Priority Operator Care

$1.2k-$1.8k/month

Faster response, broader tuning, and more frequent operational attention for clients who want tighter stewardship, monthly owner reporting, and deeper workflow refinement.

Concierge / Technical Operator Care

$2.5k-$4k/month

High-touch care for complex, high-dependency, or business-critical private environments that need a deeper support posture, more active privacy review, and ongoing operator tuning.

Accountability

Trustline does not install and disappear.

The first six months of support are part of the deployment experience because that is when updates, backup verification, workflow tuning, and operator upkeep turn a successful install into a system that actually works long-term.

Support runway

The deployment includes time to stabilize the system after launch instead of treating handoff day as the end of responsibility.

Ongoing upkeep

Updates, backup review, and operator tuning are part of what keeps the private stack calm and dependable.

Real accountability

Trustline remains responsible for the environment during the period when most systems either settle properly or start to drift.

Hardware

Hardware sourcing and markup structure.

Commodity hardware

Actual cost + 10%-15%

Custom AI hardware

Actual cost + 15%-25%

Small accessories

Actual cost + 20%-30% or bundled

What determines the final quote

Scope, migration, and operator depth.

Environment complexity

Network conditions, storage needs, cameras, smart-home scope, phone and endpoint count, and the number of services being consolidated all affect deployment effort.

Migration requirements

The final quote depends heavily on how much data, media, user access, photos, mobile sync behavior, and workflow history must be moved cleanly into the new stack.

Architecture scope

VPN-mediated remote access, DNS and ad-blocking design, backup posture, restore planning, and compatibility constraints materially change the final system design.

Operator capability

Local AI hardware targets, workflow depth, approval boundaries, and premium worker-layer requirements materially change the final system design.

Why it costs this much

This is not a device sale or simple software install.

You are not buying a box. You are buying your freedom from the cloud. We design it, we build it, you own it forever.

Design

Architecture and service selection matched to the client’s environment, privacy goals, migration realities, and network posture.

Integration

Burn-in, validation, backups, remote access, phone sync, DNS privacy controls, and operator workflows configured correctly before handoff.

Accountability

Documentation, support, stewardship, and system ownership after deployment instead of vendor finger-pointing or dashboard sprawl.
